My nephew was charged with a misdemeanor DWI and a felony charge for possession of a controlled substance. Albert Roberts was able to get him a reduced sentence to 120 days in the Tarrant County Jail instead of being sent to prison! I absolutely recommend him! He is an astute businessman, which means he has an ability to accurately assess situations or people and turn this to one's advantage. He treated us like he would want to be treated. True story. I got 2 DWI'S. Due to my record I lost my job, then my house and cars all in less than two years. Couldn't get a decent job and couldn't pay my probation fees, scram fees and court fees. So the court extended my month probation 3 months. Then my family got sick and I drove a car without a interlock to get medicine. Got pulled over and arrested for driving without interlock. Now the courts petitioned to revoke my probation and put a warrant out for my arrest. Financially drained and depressed i called Mr. Roberts. Not only did he offer affordable services. He started immediately without me knowing. I hadn't even paid him our agreed upon retainer fee. Before I knew it Mr Roberts was calling me saying, "You're good Enjoy your day." I was confused I didn't understand. Come to find out Mr. Roberts not only got my warrant lifted he got my probation dismissed and scram device removed and remaining court fees waived. All of this in less than a week of meeting him. I thank GOD for him. My case was dismissed today 2/23/24. I called him on 2/15/24. Albert Roberts is the TRUTH

Albert Roberts is a great lawyer he took my brother’s case, my brother was looking at 10 years behind bars max and Mr. Roberts got him out the same day of his court date and got my brother the best deal! Very pleased with the outcome of my case. I was very clear that probation would not be an option and I would do jail time and Mr.Roberts got me times served. He was on top of my case and facilitated a change of court date when I had a prior commitment. Overall I am extremely thankful and happy with every component of my case Mr.Roberts had a part to play in. Highly recommend his law firm.

Mr. Roberts was great very straight forward and did not sugar coat anything. He was very helpful and got my son's probation reinstated and the petition to revoke dismissed. He kept him from going to prison and gave great ideas on how to get him back on track. Mr. Robert was my son court appointed attorney and he did everything he could to get this outcome, so I know he is not in this just for the money. There are several lawyers that we contacted and wanted thousands of dollars to do exactly what he just did for us.
